Kiln Furniture:
Fired specialty shapes, mainly in 90, 95, 97 and 99.7% Alumina, Mullite, Fused Silica, and Silicon Carbide.

Applications include furnace parts (hearth plates, hearth channels, skid rails, burner blocks, muffles), kiln furniture (saggers, setters, tile) and pressure pour ladles for Aluminum. The Alumina products are fired to 1650C for 4-5 days, cold to cold. Typically these products are 150 pounds or less. We can make larger sizes as required.

Advantages of these materials include mold charges which are typically less than $800.00, lead times averaging 4 weeks and ISO 9000 certification.

Application environments include high temperature kiln ware and parts, molten aluminum contact applications, and heat treat furnace parts.
